Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the visa representation and administrative assistance services provided by EIIET Support Center and its authorised partner, UIZ GmbH. By signing a Visa Representation & Authorization Agreement, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Parties & Applicable Agreement

Depending on the destination country and the student's nationality, the Representative appointed under the student's Visa Representation & Authorization Agreement will be:

The student's signed Agreement specifies which entity acts as their Representative. These Terms apply equally to both arrangements.

Scope of Services

The Representative's services are strictly administrative in nature. The scope is defined as follows:

Any services outside the above scope must be agreed separately in writing.

Student Obligations

By entering into the Visa Representation & Authorization Agreement, the student accepts the following obligations:

• Document Accuracy: The student must verify that all documents provided are accurate, complete, authentic, and current before submission.
• Timely Submission: The student must provide all required documents within the timelines communicated, to allow adequate time for processing.
• Financial Responsibility: All costs associated with the visa application — including embassy fees, courier costs, and third-party charges — are the sole financial responsibility of the student.
• Truthfulness: The student must not provide false, misleading, forged, or expired documentation at any stage of the process.
• Cooperation: The student agrees to cooperate fully with reasonable requests from the Representative for additional information or clarification during the application process.

Limitation of Liability

• Document Authenticity: The Representative shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from fraudulent, inaccurate, expired, or non-compliant documents, as the student bears sole responsibility for document accuracy.
• Financial Loss: The Representative is not liable for any financial loss suffered by the student as a result of a visa denial, delay, cancellation of travel arrangements, or any other downstream consequence.
• Third-Party Actions: The Representative is not responsible for delays, errors, or decisions made by immigration authorities, courier services, or any other third parties involved in the process.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of the Representative.

Indemnification

The student agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Representative (including its directors, employees, and agents) from and against any claims, damages, penalties, fines, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• The student's provision of false, misleading, forged, or non-compliant documentation
• Any misrepresentation made by the student to the Representative or to immigration authorities
• Any breach by the student of their obligations under the Agreement or these Terms

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of the Agreement.

Termination of Representation

Either party may terminate the Visa Representation & Authorization Agreement by providing written notice, subject to the following:

• If the student withdraws representation after the application has been submitted, the Representative's obligations continue until the relevant authority has concluded its process, unless a withdrawal request is accepted.
• Any visa application fees or third-party costs already incurred at the point of termination remain the student's financial responsibility.
• The Representative reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately and without notice if the student is found to have provided fraudulent documents or to have misled the Representative or any immigration authority.

No Legal or Immigration Advice

EIIET Support Center and UIZ GmbH are not law firms and are not registered immigration lawyers. Nothing provided under these Terms or within the Visa Representation & Authorization Agreement constitutes legal or immigration advice. Students are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if they require advice on their rights or immigration status.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The governing law applicable depends on the Representative appointed:

• EIIET Support Center (non-Germany applications): Governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court in Nepal.
• UIZ GmbH (Germany applications): Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

Amendments

EIIET Support Center reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available at our office and communicated to students directly where applicable. Continued engagement of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, read together with the student's signed Visa Representation & Authorization Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the student and the applicable Representative. They supersede any prior oral or written representations on the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
